GGC Consultancy participated as a consulting partner in the Twaiq initiative for leadership development at King Saud University, which was concluded with a competition inspired by diverse leadership experiences. This competition was part of the active engagement with students, aiming to address leadership issues.
The initiative featured distinguished speakers and aimed to fortify leadership skills, share insights of successful leadership, and empower young individuals to cultivate both their leadership and entrepreneurial aptitudes. In this competition, students were divided into teams of two, where each team read and analyzed the presented leadership case. They provided an innovative solution to the problem or scenario posed in the case, presenting this solution to the judges in the form of an oral analysis, reflecting sustained interaction between participants and experts from various fields.
This competition represents an opportunity to stimulate the thinking of students, encouraging them to solve leadership challenges in a creative and effective manner. As the competition reached its conclusion, it successfully attained its objectives of disseminating knowledge and fostering participant motivation to cultivate leadership skills through engaging and innovative approaches.
